The company commenced commercial production in November 1986, and is presently original equipment supplier to various reputed companies. We are presently melting about 400 tonnes of Aluminium in a year, which is likely to increase shortly. Together with our associate companies, we expect to gross a about Rs.40 million rupees for the current financial year ending March 2003.
TYPE OF CASTINGS Our present range of product-mix cover pressure diecastings, with several intricate contour conforming to international standards of quality for pressure-tightness and machinability with close dimensional accuracies. They are used for Automobiles, Textile, consumer durable, Hydraulic and Electronic and electrical industries.
STANDARDS The standards presently applied for various castings are in conformance with our customer respectively standards like DIN, BS, IS etc as the case may be.
TESTING AND INSPECTION FACILITIES All in-coming raw material that is purchased is analysed on a spectrovac at BIS approved test centres in Banglore like M/s Geological and Metallurgical Laboratories and M/s Cosmic industrial laboratories. All necessary inspection of in-process components and finished components.
