We have team of engineers to cater to the needs of the industries. We cater to the needs of The Bombay Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking, Western Railways and central railways. We manufacture the material as per drawings and specifications mentioned in the drawing. We also manufacture the materials as per sample.
We have manufacturing facilities to manufacture the material on Traub Machines havin capacity up to the diameter of 32 mm. We are having traub machines, roll thread machine, grinding machine. We also possess lathe machines to manufacture special items, which are big in size for varied requirement of railways of BEST.
We can also fabricate jobs up to 500 kgs each. We specailize in heavy fabrication jobs like cattle guards, gear case assembly etc for railways.
We also manufacture castings in Cast Iron, Spheriodal Graphite, Malleable, Steel castings, non-ferrous castings also up to the specifications as per drawing.
Sheet metal fabrication and pressing jobs also undertaken for manufacturing of lock plates, bulb cotters etc to cater to consumer needs.
