Our firm was established by Shriram Udeshi in 1962 and is continuing as its captain till date.

Our efficient team of advocates has passed his BSc from St. Xaviers after that he done his LLB from Govt. Law College and later joined income tax department in capacity of income tax officer. He served the department and resigned in 1962 and started his own individual practice and gave birth to "Udeshi and Co". He is a specialist in property matters and taxation in high court.

Mr. Rajesh Batia

He joined the firm in 1990 and is handling taxation department and insurance department. He has passed his B.Com from Bhavans College, Mumbai and did his law from K.C. College. Recently he took a certificate in insurance from L.I.C which qualifies him as an insurance advisor.

Ms. Asha A.D.

She is an expert in Motor Accident and tribunal. She passed her BA and law from college and is a know person in the motor accident tribunal.

Ms. Deepa Bhatia

She has passed her B.Com from N.M. College and law from Mithibai College. She is an expert in the field of propery matters and stamp duty/registration etc.

Our speciality is taxation, company law and property matters that is helping in selecting a particular property to financing the same via loans to stamp duty and registration.
