Shushrusha Nursing Home was started by Late Dr. Karunakar Shetty in the year 1975 with 4 beds and a laboratory.
In 1988 a full fledged 30 bedded nursing home on Bangalore Bellary Road was started with all modern facilities in all specialities.
The "Karunakar Shetty Centre" which will commence from the 14 th of November 2002 will have a 10 bedded ICU with all the modern facilities and a team of doctors round the clock. The total capacity of the trauma centre will be of 21 beds.
We have consultants in all specialities available for OPD consultation on appointments and all 24 hours emergency services. The emergency lab investigations including ultrasound scanning are done on emergency basis.
