Application U/S 21 of the companies act, 1956 for change of name of an existing company.
Preparation and filing of form No. 20 and statement inlieu of prospectus for obtaining certificate of commencement of business in case of public limited company.
Visiting ROC for inspection of charges and preparation of search report.
Preparation of statement inlieu of advertisement for accepting deposits from public pursuant to section 58A of the companies act, 1956.
Passing of various resolution
Preparation of directors report,drafting notice for convening general meeting of shareholders.
