Shaman is one of the leading Market Research Consultants. Shaman was set up in April 1999 by Devangana Bhat, Serena Jacob, Gurminder Vinod to provide Consumer Insights and Problem solutions

The three partners together have 41 years of experience in Qualitative research

  • Devangana Bhat : with a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad, has 13 years of work experience of which 11 have been in qualitative research with MARG and then on her own

  • Serena Jacob : PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad, and has worked for the past 13 years first in qualitative research with Pathfinders, India and then marketing consultancy when she headed IndEurope Consulting P Ltd

  • Gurminder Vinod : Masters in Psychology and has worked for the past 15 years in market research in Hindustan Lever Ltd, MARG and at Research International where she set up and headed RI's qualititative research unit for 7 years
