Our above products have been tested by CENTRAL POWER RESEARCH INSTITUTE, BHOPAL, for RUPTURING capacity of 65KA for 1 Sec. & peak value 143KA.
The Switchboards will be made from CRCS sheet of 10/14/16 SWG., cubical type totally enclosed, fully compatmentalised, dead front , dust tight and vermin proof construction as per IP 50 to 54 of IS 5 standard. The fully drawout motor control centres have TEST / SERVICE / ISOLATED position.
The sheet metal / framework will undergo EIGHT TANK PRE-TREATMENT PROCESS and thereafter lapi, primer etc. will be provided & BAKED IN OVEN in either with SYNTHETIC ENAMEL / EPOXY PAINT or POWDER COATED PAINT.
We are working under ONE PROOF having area of 6000 Sq.ft. from design stage to testing stage.
