Fabrication of conveyors for sugar factories, fabrication and erection of industrial shades of medium size, fabrication of trolleys, pallets racks etc
All most all necessary tools and jigs and fixtures are available to facilitate fabrication assembly etc. Some of them are surface plates for assembly, straightening of sheets, clamps, vices, pulleys, wire ropes for erection of shades and other structures

All raw materials is inspected as to thickness, surface finish and other specifications of the customers
Before proceeding to manufacture item sequence of operations is decided after doing study of the part drawings, inspection is done at all stages of cutting, bending, assembly, welding, finishing etc
Necessary record is produced to the customer of quality check ups
