Company background

Royle Extrusion Systems Ltd (RES), which was established in 1992, is a 100% owned Unit of M/s Royle Systems Group USA, erstwhile M/s John Royle & Sons USA. The Unit, has it’s manufacturing, sales and services facilities at Pune. The existing manufacturing range includes supply of complete Extrusion Lines, from Pay-off to Take-up, with extruder of sizes 25mm to 200mm.

Royle Extrusion Systems Ltd works under Royle USA’s direct control from the point of view of equipment design, use of materials, manufacturing standards and quality level. Whilst the equipment is manufactured at Pune; overall designs and warranty are controlled from our USA organisation. The customer hence, has a double assurance over our capabilities with regard to both supply and operation of the equipment.

Royle Extrusion Systems Ltd, in association with Royle USA accepts a total responsibility for turnkey factory projects and has the experience and expertise to provide its services from the initial design concept, through the manufacture and performance guarantee of the final product.

The manufacturing facilities and offices of Royle Extrusion Systems Ltd are located at Pune in the state of Maharashtra. One of the main reasons for Royle to establish RES at Pune was to take advantage of the availability of excellent machining facilities here. Proximity to Mumbai was also another consideration. A strategic decision was taken in not investing in the manufacturing machines and instead to get the components made from the vendors and getting the line assembled , in-house. Drive assembly and control panel work are carried out by RES and the Design department is housed in the office with CAD facility.

RES has it’s administrative office in the city of Pune. It is well equipped with communication facilities like e - mail, Fax, telephone etc.

RES has engineers specialized in Management, Polymer Science and Technology, Power Electronics, PLC and SCADA systems who have undergone extensive training at Royle, USA. With several years of experience in their fields, RES has the capability to resolve any problems related to the manufacturing of cables with the support of Royle, USA.
