M/S. R.K. Kulkarni and Co., was established by its founder late Shri R.K. Kulkarni, in the year 1960 at its present owned premises at 1839, sadashiv Peth, Bhikardas Maruti Road, Pune which is in the heart of Pune City. The office is situated on two floors having a total area of 1200 sq. ft.
The said firm deals in consultation and practice in income-tax adn allied laws, sales tax and allied laws, and the new service tax, and maintenance of computerised accounts. The services provided are right from registration under the various acts and filing of mandatory returns and completion of assessments by representation before the various government authorities and filing and conducting of appeals upto tribunal level.
The present family management consists of Shri D.R. Kulkarni, M.Com joined in the year 1971, Mrs. Nandhini D. Kulkarni, B.Sc, D.T.L, M.Com who joined in the year 1984, and the latest entry of Mr. Bipin D. Kulkarni B.Com who has just completed his CA articleship and has joined the set up.
The working of the establishment is divided as under:
Dilip Kulkarni: Consultation and practice in Income tax, sales tax and service tax.
Bipin Kulkarni: Practice in accounts finalisation and final financial statement of accounts and maintainance of computerised accounts.
The motto of the management is direct contact and service to the clients where in confidentiality is maintained and full satisfaction to the clients is given in advice and action.
The establishment has a staff of five individuals who help in preparation of statements and submissions and preparations for assessments. The establishment has five computers which have a special software for accounts, income-tax and sales tax wherein the final returns are prepared.
The establishment works for full six days beginning at 11 in the morning and working late upto 8 in the evening.
The aim of the establishment is to impart sound and prompt advice and complete the necessary assessments at the earliest so as to keep everything upto date.
