The name Polyplast Chemi-Plants I Pvt Ltd. enjoys high reputation in the field of fibre glass reinforced plastics fabrication. We are in this field for the last three decades and have two spacious factories totalling approximately to 60,000 sq.ft area with all required infrastructural facilities. We have supplied our equipments to industries like caustic-chloro, chemicals, paper and pulp industries, agrochemicals, pesticides, fertilizers, oil and soap manufacturers, steel plants, power generation plants etc. We owe much of our success to the continued patronage of our esteemed customers/consultants.
Manufacturing Activities
We design, manufacture and erect chemical plant equipments like storage tanks, reaction vessels, process vessels, exhaust systems, ductings, blowers, scrubbers, vacuum nutsche filters, FRP gratings, pipes and fittings etc. out of various industrial plastics as per customers requirements and appropriate to the service conditions. The equipments manufactured by us are generally in accordance with BS 4994 and others, voluntary products standards, ASTM, DIN and various other international standards as proposed by the client/consultant.
Quality Control and Testing
The secret of long trouble free performance of our equipments lies with qualified and knowledgeable person selecting the proper material of construction, buying quality raw material from reputed suppliers, testing the raw material in the inhouse testing facilities available with us and thereafter stringent stagewise inspection and testing, with a view to ensuring quality of the end products. Our testing facilities include a modern laboratory to test physical and mechanical properties of all input matetrials as well as final products. We also subject our products to destructive and non-destructive tests periodically.
Infrastructural Testing Facilities
We have got in-house testing facilities of tensile strength, lap shear strength, Barcol Hardness, Acid Value, Viscosity, Heat Distortion Temperature etc. We also have large size oven for post cutting of FRP pipes which is strongly recommended by the code, particularly for pipes made out of resin having high HDT such as Novalac epoxy based Vinylester resin. In this oven not only large diameter pipe but also tank and vessel can be post cured.
Site Erection
Handling plastic equipment and erecting the same is as important as manufacturing the equipment. Our erection crew are well experienced, skilled and equipped to handle any project job involving site erection of equipments and pipelines to the entire satisfaction of our clients/consultants, within the time schedule.
