The company was founded by Mr. Ajit Phatak in 1975 as a sole proprietary concern and now we are into this field for more than twenty five years. We started our construction activity by undertaking the contract of construction of bungalows and when we came to know that construction of foundations involves huge costs, we initiated the use of under rim pile foundation for achieving economy in the construction cost. Later on we stepped into promotion and construction of ownership schemes.
Initially we started with construction of flats with low budget to suit the common man's pocket and have succeeded in providing flats at very reasonable rates without compromising the quality. Through out these years the most important thing in business is the customer satisfaction. Thus 'Customer Satisfaction' is our motto.
In the view to diversify our business we stepped into the field of interior decoration. In the year 1995, an associate concern, 'Aakar Developers' was established in association with 'Kolhatkar and Gowaikar Associates'. Aakar developers have completed many interior decoration projects.
