Like most of Sindhi's our Grandfather Shri Lokram Dodeja restarted his life in 1947 after partition of India. After leaving. Behind 1st ever Glass Factory in Hydrabad, Sind he was heartbroken and depressed person, searching for ways to create economic independence. Starting at 'Horniman Circle' garden bench as office for his paper trading company, then moving to 'One table' office he put the foundation of NOBLE Group. After struggle of few years the business expanded with help of his sons Girdbarilal Dodeja, Prahlad Dodeja, Bhagwan Dodeja along with his brother-in-laws Shri Thakurdas Munyal and Shri Hariram Rohra. Very soon, there was branch in Pune, Hydrabad, Ahemdabad and Solapur all in paper trade.After 50 years and three generations, the same NOBLE group has expanded into many facet business center, branches have separated out as independent units of there own standing. Today, 4th Generation is getting ready to take over helm of the businesses started so long back. Our main spheres of business under Noble Enterprises are same old Paper Trade business. Printing and Publishing are done in the Noble Printer & Noble Printer Pvt Ltd. recently. We have diversified into Consumer Products distribution also.
The keeping future prospects in minds we have started agriculture division in name of 'Krsna Bhoomi'. Management is basically family based activity. Shri Shyamlal Bathija, (LLB) is retired RBI Officer in charge of guiding the group in new projects and keeping the group together. He has work experience of 40 years behind him. Shri Prakash G Dodeja, (Bcom) looks after over all management and finances. He has work experience of 28 years, starting his career under the training of his father Gkdharilal & Grand father
Lokram. Sbri Haresh G Dodeja, (BSc) He is main diversified face of Noble group.
Printing, Construction, Agriculture division of Noble Group were started & grown under his leadership. Though he did not work directly under his father & grandfather, but they were strong influence on him. Shri Sanjay G Dodeja, (B.tech) main pillars of Publishing & Printing division. 18 years back he joined Shri Haresh Dodeja and took over day to day working of Printing Press. Shri A vinash G Dodeja, (Bcom) youngest of four brothers, after taking 1 year training in Mumbai office he took charge of Paper Business in Pune branch in year 1994, allowing Haresh Dodeja to venture into Construction business. Shri Akshay P Dodeja has just joined the Distribution wing of the Group. Group policy is based on very simple old fashioned norms like Honesty is Best policy - There is no substitute for Hard Work -Lets grow together.
The trick is to absorb those values into day to day business. Many times it becomes impossible to follow the tough path set by our fore fathers, but ingrained culture pulls us through the difficult times.
