Akluj Krushi-utpanna bazaar samiti at Akluj, LIC housing at suirus, shivamrut dudh utpada sangh at Akluj were some of the valued projects untertaken by modern architects under the leadershipd of Mr Subhash V Deo. These projects were successfully and punctually executed by modern architects upto the supreme satisfaction of their customers. Modern architects continually executed in their field, when in 1997. Mrs Neelam S Deo and Miss Aditi S Deo now Mrs Aditi sachin joshi, faced this woe with great courage without signs of being crestfallen. During these projects between 1997-2000, they gained experience in working simultaneous on various architect, contractor all and above maintaining the standard, quality and punctuality in executing a project. Thus, this project is being looked upon as a cumulative learning experience for & NSD and ASJ.
