A law firm plays a very important role for upbringing and welfare of the social, economical and every other aspect of the well groomed civilised society right from simple affidavits till huge negotiations, commercial contracts etc. and helping in bringing justice to the affected.
With a dream to achieve such an excellent objective, advocate Mr. Kiran Jain joined the law profession in the year 1989, with loving but demanding well renowned advocate Shri H.C. Tunara having practice in the property, commercial and writ matters.
Shri Kiran Jain, after perceiving and grasping the work with hardwork and dedication, with blessing of Shri H.C. Tunara, in the year 1991, started his independent practice.
It was not easy for him to stand on his own feet then, without any concrete support or shoulders to lean on, running from one court to another, carrying briefs and law books all along, operating from home, but with god's grace his commitment coupled with good wishes of all acquaintance, in the year 1994 he could manage to purchase a small office on 1st floor of Cama Chambers, 23 Nagindas Master Road, Fort, Mumbai 400 023 measuring about 200 sq.ft with mezzaine floor which was renovated in the year 1996.
The journey was as difficult even thereafter as before, however, with continued blessings of god and all elders, when everybody around were curious about his achivement, barring all enjoyments and working almost 16 to 18 hours a day, 365 days a year, he could manage to purchase another office in the year 1997 measuring about 750 sq.ft with equally huge area of mezzaine floor, on the 2nd floor in the same building, was the time when he saw his dream of making it big and opening a low firm realise. The said law firm is known as M/S. Kiran Jain and Company, advocates.
The staff strength of Kiran Jain and Company as of today is hard-working and intelligent 10 to 12 advocates, most helpful 8 clerks, 2 stenos, 2 computer operators, a telephone operator, 2 boys on two xerox machines in the office itself all giving their best to the said firm to grown unbound limits,10 computers with well established network and printers, handling matters after thorough research and study in each and every matter with concrete arguments with help of hug library with not less than 4000 books, ranging from debt recovery tribunals, magistrate courts, small causes court, supreme court mainly having practise and grip on matters on commercial causes, conveyance, property and writ petitions still keeping in pace with all sorts of matters like bank suits, rent act matters, arbitration proceedings, defamation, complaints under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act,Bombay Municipal Corporation Act, complaints under cheating and breach of trust and matters of, import and exports customs DGFT matters, FERA, FEMA, SEBI, stock exchange.
