We would like to introduce ourselves as manufacturers of precision items like rubber molds, telescopic covers, machined components and also rubber molded components.
We have started with this activity six years ago. In this brief period we have procured most of the basic machines required for carrying out this work. Certain sophisticated machines required less frequently are available very nearby with very less follow up.
I, in the capacity of proprietor of this concern, completed my Master of Technology in Production Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi. I also presented a research paper on press tool design at the 3rd International Conference on Die and Mould Technology which was held in Taipei in Sept. ’98. Thus, we feel we are technically competent to meet the challenging requirements in this field.
We have handled a very wide range of items in this short tenure and so have a tremendous confidence in doing anything. They have given us a deep understanding of the pits and falls in this nature of work.
We developed recently a number of engine mounting molds that were suitable for shuttle type presses. These were multicavity molds and were designed and manufactured completely by us. We also manufactured suitable ejection systems for these items.
