Our company has been established in the year 1989. Initially we entered in this field by the name of M/S. Maruti Enterprises situated in F-2 Block, M.I.D.C., Pimpri, Pune.
About Proprietor
Basically we are a group of three viz
Mr. Sahebrao V. Tambe
Mr. Nitin S. Tambe
Mr. Sachin S. Tambe
Mr. Sahebrao is a founder member of our organisation, he is a commerce graduate and looks after the commercial part of the company.
Mr. Nitin is a technical person who is a graduate in production engineering he looks after the order procurement, purchase of raw material etc.
Mr. Sachin is a technical person who is a graduate in mechanical engineering, he looks after the production and dispatch work.
About the Managemnt
As describe above our management includes two accountants, two engineers, and two supervisors. We manage our show by using such a structure of team successfully. The three main partners decide all management strategies.
M/S. Grace Engineering Company and M/S. Maruti Enterprises are sister concerns. Out of which Maruti ENT is established before Grace Engg. Grace is established in year 1997 and Maruti is established in year 1989.
Thus Mr. Nitin handles purchase and marketing department department, Mr. Sachin handles production and dispatch dept,Mr. Sahebrao handles the Finance and Accounts Dept.
