Our Company M/S. F.E. Darukhanawalla and Company have been in the field of fasteners since the past 50 years. We are authorized distributors and stockholders of M/S. GKW Limited manufacturing mildsteel and high tensile bolts and nuts since over 40 to 45 years.
We have also been in the field of manufacturing stud bolts and nuts since the past fifty years. We manufacture all types of alloy steel, hightensile, mildsteel, stainless steel etc fasteners, studs bolts and nuts. we make any type and any size of fasteners as requested by the client. Our products are supplied through various consultants like udhe, IDEA, ICB, Kaverneer Powergas etc. for their fertilizer, chemical, power plant etc. We are also registered with the railways and are approved vendors for various government organizations like BARC, Hind Organics and chemicals, Hind Insecticides, Hind Antibiotics etc. Our other main clients include The Birla Group of Companies, Reliance, ACC, Elecon, Shapporji Pallonji, GACL etc.
We have the office in 244, Nagdevi street, Mumbai 400 003 that has an area of 300 sqft and the stores in 64/68 Bhajipala Lane that has an area of 1100 sqft.
The following are our major clients uhde India Limited, Shapoorji Pallonji and Co. Ltd., Elecon Engineering Co. Ltd., Associated Cement Cos. Ltd., Bayer India Ltd, Herdillia Chemicals Ltd., Deutsche Babcock India Ltd., IDEA etc.,
Details of shop floor machinery avaialble: Roll thread machine, lathe machine, centreless grinder, drill machine, tapping machine, cut thread machine, hacksaw machine, adda machine, capson machine and forging press.
Details of design/Drawing office: Our firm F.E. Darukahanawalla and Co. has an office area of 300 sq.ft.
Inspection and Testing Facilities available: The full inspection of the raw material and finishing material is done by us at factory premises and also again in our stores. For checking the material we have full range of hortsman ring gauges, plug guages along with thread gauge and vernier caliper. For mechanical and chemical testing we send our material at Metallurgical Services at Ghatkopar, TCR Engineering at N.M. Joshi Marg, Metallurgical Laboratories at Sewree.
Capacity of terms of tunnage per month: Our capacity of GKW material 50 tons and other fasteners is apporximate 50 tons. Making a total of 100 tons. |
