In 1988-89 when we started making TBLS, DBLS, and LS we do not know how they work for your PVC, "Stabilizers" was new word for us. Being "Chemist" we know TBLS means tribasic lead sulphate, DBLS means Dibasic Lead Stearate and LS means Lead Stearate. We understood the chemistry for all these chemicals. It was clear that from chemistry point of view all these can not be made in different grades. We started working with our Tawa reactor and chemically perfect TBLS, DBLS, LS were made.
With your support we conducted different trials with manufacturing pipes, wires, cables, profiles and soft films. All these products then tuned to fineness. All our products are giving perfect stabilizing effect to PVC degradation by heat with very less dosages. All you built up our confidence and then with standardized stearic acid our range of products widened with Calcium Stearate, Barium/Cadmium Stearate, Zinc Stearate and Sodium Stearate.
We brought our laboratory to your factory and demonstrated simple testing for all our product. With careful study of PVC processing single pack stabilization systems were successfully introduced for pipes, wires and cables. We are applying very specialized technique of mixing hence you have to keep very low dosage.
Our calcium stearate and zinc stearate are tailor made for fillers and filler compounds made with LD and PP.
