Of the present partners, Mr. Mangesh J.Dabholkar is an Advocate of more than 15 years standing. He comes from a family of renowned Advocates and Solicitors. Having qualified in the year 1984, he has been associated with Admiralty, Maritime and Shipping matters and has considerable experience in such matters.

Mr. Karthikeya G.Desai is an Advocate of more than 12 years standing. He comes from a family of renowned Lawyers. Having qualified in 1989, he has extensive and varied experience in handling matters pertaining to Information Technology, Finance and Mutual Funds, Intellectual Property Right Laws; Corporate and Commercial Laws; Property and Real Estate Laws; Insurance Laws amongst others.

Billing Practice:

Fees depend on the type or work involved, extent of specialization required, complexity of the matter, responsibilities undertaken, urgency with which the matter is required to be attended and the seniority of the attending partner and or associate.

A matter is ordinarily attended to by a partner and one (or more than one) Associate experienced and trained in the subject. At any time at least one Partner or one Associate is always available to attend to a matter.

The billing policy of our firm is to submit bills either periodically or on completion of each matter as may be mutually agreed upon with the client.
