MODELING : Five engineers for full fledged modeling activity working on cimatron - Elite and ideal software, These engineers are having in gravity die casting and molding industry. Also we have our associates M/s Axis Computers India limited - a US based company having their office in Pune for modeling work.
TOOL PATH GENERATION : 5 engineers working on 3 seats of cimatron. These persons are having experience on CNC machines and assembling work
CNC MACHINING : 2 engineers working as shaft supervisors along with 10 CNC operators having knowledge of CNC machines and tooling
ASSEMBLING AND FINISHING : 8 pattern and die makers having experience in foundry industry and experience in gravity die casting and molding industry.
CONVENTIONAL MACHINING : 1 supervisor and 5 operators to work on conventional machines such as lathe, milling and drilling machines and jig boring machine. In addition to the above the owners of the company are experienced persons from industry having experience in foundry, pattern and die shop in a reputed multinational organization.
Mr. Tayade and Mr. Chavan have been in M/s Cummins India limited. A leading diesel engine manufacturing company for 10 years and Mr Kaushik has been in manufacturing of PDC and PLASTIC moulds in the reputed organization like BAJAJ AUTO limited for around 12 years working experience. In addition to the above there are continous training programs arranged on various subjects for the company employees for up gradation in knowledge and continuous improvement.
