We are a registered small scale engineering firm, as a specialised manufacturer of precision high pressure fitting and pipe clamps, being in the line for the last one and half decades. Ours is a partnership firm and the undersigned (Chief promoter) has a total experience of 27 years in the manufacturing of Ermato to type Hydraulic fittings.
We have all required machinery to manufacture above fittings, which includes Automates, Capstan Lathes, Thread Rolling Machines, center Lathes, Drilling machines, Tapping machines and full set of jigs and fixtures. We also have hardening, platin, phosphating, Brazing and welding facilities with our vendors.
Our fittings have been tested and found satisfactory by M/s central machine tool institute (CMTI), Bangalore, a premier quality certifying institute of the country which we did since our reputed customers like M/s. Bhel, M/s. Vickers Sperry, M/s. G.L Rexroth, M/s. Neyvell Lignite corporation etc. insisted on this certification.
We procure ultrasonically tested raw material bars to ensure that hairline cracks are not present. We maintain strict vigilance on quality using gauges from Horstmann India during processing. Pressure testing pump of capacity 10,000 PSI is also available for testing. We are extremely quality conscious manufacturing with fully equipped quality control department and we are supplying our fittings and clamps to several reputed customers on regular basis to their entire satisfaction.
